Nantes Elementa 2020

The grapes were hand-harvested in early March at a minimum of 26° balling during the cool morning hours. This Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay blend was gently crushed and destemmed before undergoing 2 hours of skin contact to extract the fruity flavours. Only the free-run juice was used, which was left to settle overnight in a stainless steel tank to ensure that only clear juice was used for fermentation. The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tanks, ensuring that all the primary flavours are well-infused with the wine, resulting in a fresh and easy-to-drink style.
